Scanning your photo
When scanning your photo you should ensure that the resolution of your scanner is set to 300dpi. This will produce an image with an acceptable level of detail for restoration purposes. If you are unsure in anyway please email us and we can help.
Posting your photo
When posting we recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery, it is the safest and should ensure no damage occurs on route. It is a good idea to place your photo between two pieces of card or to use bubble wrap.
The restoration of your photo will be carried out within 3-5 days. We will only ask for payment when you are completely happy with the end result. Payment can be made either by cheque or online by credit/debit card.
The restoration process
- You send your photos by post or email
- We get back to you with a personalised quotation
- We perform the restoration work
- When you are happy with the end result, we ask for payment.
